Pop Tarts are one of those nostalgic childhood foods for me. As an adult I am older and wiser and rarely, if ever, eat store bought Pop Tarts. I am now a reader of labels and am very careful about not putting ultra processed foods into my body. That’s one of the reasons why I enjoy finding ways to make these fun treats at home from scratch. I’m in control of the ingredients so I know exactly what’s going only my body and my family’s bodies.
