Ryan Manney grew up in Newtown, PA with his parents, sister Megan and brother Brett. He attended Holy Ghost Preparatory School, where he enjoyed a successful academic career and a highly accomplished athletic career participating in soccer, basketball and lacrosse for his entire four years. After graduating from Holy Ghost, Ryan attended The University of Delaware.

Ryan was a very active member of the University Of Delaware community and was involved with The Accounting Students Association, American Marketing Association and The Blue Hen Investment Club. During his four years at Delaware Ryan held internships in the areas of marketing, public relations and finance. Working for such firms as the Greater Philadelphia Chamber Of Commerce, Wachovia Securities and Barton Gilanelli & Associates, Inc, Ryan strengthened his knowledge and experience in the business community. In 2008, Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management.

As a licensed New Jersey and Pennsylvania real estate agent, Ryan has had the opportunity to experience real estate in many different facets with The Hugh Merkle Team. He has experience working in rentals, settlement and closings, and also sales. Ryan's education, business experience and sports background make his unique skill set a true asset to The Hugh Merkle Team.

Ryan's passion for the Jersey shore comes from spending weekends and summers at his family's home in Ocean City, and more recently living full-time in Stone Harbor. He is looking forward to supporting his clients with any of their real estate needs whether it is as a primary, investment or vacation home purchase or sale.
