Pyramid training is one of the most basic and effective methods to increase your strength and endurance. You will do more reps with this guide !!
The progression : 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 = 25 total reps
Alternatively by pair : 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 = 50 total reps
The progression : 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 = 100 total reps
Rest from 10 to 45sec between your reps until your target number. Rest 3 minutes and do the same in the inverse sense.
