Here are one of the many reasons why Nemesis got kill switched. Since all perks with Nemesis are broken due to his basic attack not working with them, Nemesis can gain infinite haste with the perk "Play With Your Food" this allows him to get +15% extra haste for the entire match & can be stacked with other haste perks.
