Running the Seventh Seal at UTMB Kullamannen

Описание: The Seventh Seal is the 57 kilometer long ultra trail run at UTMB Kullamannen, Sweden. It's one of the races where you can qualify for the UTMB Mont Blanc by collecting Running Stones and get a UTMB index race on your name.

Another nice UTMB index race is the Auge um Auge in Germany:    • Rhein Path Ultra Run - 73k  .

This year I had the chance to run and film the Seventh Seal. I share my perspective on the race with you in this video.

If you're not familiar with the UTMB, it's the biggest ultra (trail) race in the world at this moment.

Kullamannen is a relative easy 50 kilometer index race, as it has only 830 meters of altitude and no long either steep climbs. What you will get, is lots of mud, wind and cold. The nickname of the race is not for nothing 'the university of suffering'.

I am a trail and ultra runner, yoga teacher, massage therapist, journalist and science nerd. I run for fun. I run to be in the mountains, in the forest. I run, because running fascinates me. That’s why I read everything I can about running and what I find out, I share here with you.
