Having signed a record deal with Levels Entertainment and Ministry of Sound she is preparing for the release of her debut single 'On My Own' in January 2011.

Yasmin is undoubtedly one of most original new artists to come out of the UK this year. With an ethereal rawness to her voice, Yasmin evokes memories of early British trip-hop pioneers Massive Attack & Portishead; her fragility and imagination combine with lyrical wit and candid choruses that reflect her independence and genuine, unique song-writing ability. Yasmin's feature on the Top 15 Devlin record 'Runaway' paved the way for the release of 'On My Own' co-written with Donaeo and produced by Shy FX which is reminiscent of the 90s trip hop sound she is influenced by.

Yasmin became one of the hottest names on the scene at just 21 years old when she was spotted by no other than Pharell Williams during one of her DJ sets. Before long she found herself touring along-side hip-hop heavyweights including N*E*R*D, The Cool Kids, Will.i.am, Taio Cruz and Eve.

Putting the finishing touches on her debut album, due for release in summer 2011, Yasmin has also been in the US working with some of the biggest names in music production including Diplo (MIA, Kanye West) and The Smeezingtons (B.o.B, Kid Cudi, Bruno Mars).

'On My Own' is already receiving lots of playlist additions at Radio and TV, with 1XTRA, RADIO 1, KISS 100, MTV and NNE all on board!
