Описание: Just wanted to share a clip from a song I wrote with my friends @adhanynugraha & @elmandofficial from Indonesia during our YES ASEAN songwriting camp in Jakarta (2016).

The song speaks about how our lives are like paintings and are exceptional works of art. Every part of it — the good, the bad, the triumphs and failures, all contribute to its one of a kind beauty. Things may not always go as planned and we may make mistakes once in a while... But we could always learn, bounce back and make something new out of it. You are ultimately in charge of how the picture, your destiny, turns out.

“Hidup Adalah Mahakarya” means “your life is a masterpiece” in Bahasa Indonesia. We also incorporated some Kundiman into it, which actually started my whole fascination with the sound.❤️
