Here are all the ingredients in SI and US units:
(1 tbsp is 15 ml and 1 tsp is 5 ml. That's the same as US tbsp and tsp)
To the Jasha Maroo:
6 garlic cloves
4,5 shallots
2 tomatoes
2 leeks
6 red chili peppers
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp grater ginger
1 kg/2 1/4 pounds bone-free chicken thighs
3,5 dl/1 1/2 cups chicken stock
Salt, to taste
Coriander, for garnish
To the rice:
4 tbsp Butter
1,2 dl/1/2 cup chopped onion/shallot
4,7 dl/2 cups bhutanese red rice
7 dl/3 cups salted chicken stock
2 bay leaves
4 small/2 large sprigs fresh thyme
Black pepper, to taste
