Описание: Use of force by police officers should never be assessed as a technique. It should be assessed against a range of factors to put it into context. The starting principle is that all use of force is unlawful unless justified and just because a technique is perfectly delivered does not make it lawful, and likewise if a technique is delivered which is not trained this does not make it unlawful.
