Nightscape - Scalphunter Blues (Earth Cover)

This is unusual of me, but here's a little cover tribute to one of the fundamental pillars of the project, a constant source of inspiration and the main influence for what I want the Nightscape project to be.

I still remember the first time I heard "The Bees Made Honey in the Lion's Skull" or "Earth 2" with my friends, and we were all struck by that powerful and incisive yet calm and relaxing sound, gentle yet immense... it was like a bolt of lightning straight into my brain that wouldn't go away.

I thought about doing a cover from one of these albums, but one of the riffs I just can't get out of my head is from "Scalphunter Blues," a track that immediately struck me when I heard it at their performance at KEXP... so here I am with this little tribute to them, hoping to hear them live soon.
