Hello my name is Jaspinder singh and i am a culinary professional. So being a chef i would love to share my recipes with all the home cooks out there who want there food tastes like restaurants or Hotels.
In this video I have show that how to make Tortellini in red sauce.
List of the ingredients:-
• Tomato puree :- 1 Cup or 150gm
• Onions :- ¼ Cup or 1 medium size
• Garlic :-1 Tablespoon
• Red chilli powder :- ½ Teaspoon
• Cheese :- As required
• Fresh parsley :-For garnish
Italian spice mix:-
• Dried Oregano :- ½ Teaspoon
• Dried Thyme :- ¼ Teaspoon
• Dried Basil :- 1/4/ Teaspoon
• Italian seasoning :- ½ Teaspoon
