Longevity, consistent openings, and reliable heading control made the original FLiK one of the most popular BASE canopies of all time. When we developed the FLiK II our objective was to maintain the design parameters which made the original so popular while updating a few characteristics to improve overall performance. After extensive research we’ve reshaped the top surface, improved the seam construction, modified internal reinforcements, and reconfigured the nose geometry. What does this mean to you? A more responsive and efficient wing with powerful inputs on both risers and toggles with a strong flare. The reshaped top surface has significantly improved the slow speed flight characteristics for jumpers who love to, or need to, sink into tight, technical landing areas! Sinking the FLiK II in deep brakes is stable, comfortable, and easy.

Compared to the Lynx and Lobo the FLiK II is a more docile canopy design. It has a shorter lineset and recovery arc making it more forgiving during low turns, and deeper factory brake settings allowing for minimal forward speed on opening. These characteristics make it an ideal choice for new BASE jumpers, jumpers who frequent solid slider-off objects, and jumpers who prefer a more conservative all-around canopy design.
