For the past week, I have been completely immersed in Resident Evil Requiem's captivating and eerie ambience. It took me a while to clear out all these areas, because, ya know, zombies are everywhere in Resident Evil. On the plus side, once you deal with the undead, there are so many gorgeous and relaxing locations to enjoy. Resident Evil Requiem definitely renewed my faith and love for the franchise. The survival-horror game will capture you from the very first scene. Struggling to stay alive in those dark corridors of the Wrenwood Hotel really pumps the player full of adrenaline, and it just gets scarier and scarier from there. When I found myself marching through the dusty streets and back alleys of Raccoon City, I was thrilled and at the same time freaked out - the game is like that all the way, until finally the credits start to roll.
