They get to embrace the beauty in strength. Because, for so long, beauty was defined in these weird kind of boxes that you had to be in. But now it's kind of cool that you can be strong, that you can lift the heavy barbell that you can do pull ups and you can do all these amazing things. And so the sport can show that women can be beauty and strong at the same time. Having that balance for them and also setting the example of eating right, moving your body right, being able to do that, and us as parents being the example for them. It means everything. The Dottirs."
