If your business is considering bringing help from outside of the U.S., you need to meet the following requirements:
1. You need to pay a salary to the sponsored worker, not less than the amount paid to similarly qualified workers in the geographic area.
2. You need to insure that working conditions will not negatively impact other similarly employed workers.
3. You are not currently experiencing a legal strike or lockout at any business or location where the sponsored worker would be working.
4. Hiring a sponsored worker will not displace a U.S. worker, and no U.S. worker is reasonably available to do the job.
