Описание: The Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, has given the managers of the Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company a 90-day ultimatum to commence full production at the facility.

After a tour of the facility, Dr. Kachikwu told reporters that the refinery must produce 125,000 barrels of crude oil per day.
