How To: MUSTARD PLASTER- Relieve Chest Colds/Coughs/Congesetion

2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
4 tablespoons flour
1 egg******

Mix until the consistency of the ingredients becomes a thick and smooth paste (1:44). Spread the paste on half a tea towel (as shown in video starting at 1:54).
Optional: Set in microwave for about 20 seconds to warm it up. Alternatively if you do not have a microwave, you can use a hot rubber water bottle.

Place the towel on the SKIN over your chest and wear a tight T-shirt overtop to keep the plaster in place over night. Repeat as many days as needed until the congestion resolves.
