Irving police officers, city employees, and community members gathered at Veterans Memorial Park to remember and honor Irving’s three officers who died in the line of duty.
During the ceremony, family members received copies of new signs that stand in the Irving locations where the officers lost their lives.

The annual observance is part of National Police Week.
