Combine charges for many AT&T services into a single invoice with Convergent Bill.
With one invoice, you make just one payment. Or you can create multiple convergent bills.
You decide which services to include on your bill. The Convergent Bill Manager will assist you in setting up your new billing arrangement.
At the end of this video we’ll show you a partial list of services that you can include.

You can conveniently access your convergent bill accounts online.
To manage your bill, log in to BusinessDirect or Business Center, depending on your portfolio of services.
Now, let’s take a look at some frequently visited pages in AT&T BusinessDirect and Business Center.
On your Business Center homepage are links to your tools, including “View, Analyze and Pay Your Bill.”
You can also view reports and dispute items on your bill using this tool.
To view your invoices, click “View invoices” at the lower-right part of the page. The “Invoice list” page shows your accounts.
To see the monthly summary of your convergent bill, click “View.”
The “Bill Summary” page shows your account number, invoice details, a summary of charges, and the total amount due.
For more detail, click a link. For example, to view details about a charge, click the charge total.
To pay your bill, click “Pay Bill.” For help, click “Chat Available.”
To view a different invoice for this account, select an invoice from the “Invoice Date” menu.
To get your invoice as a PDF file, click “Request Bill Image PDF.”
Your Convergent Bill Manager can help you choose the format that best suits your needs.
The options available depend on the services included in your convergent bill.
To view your bill online and opt out of receiving a paper bill, choose “Paperless.” Your online bill gives you the most detail.
With easy-to-read headings, you’ll quickly find the information you need.
The “Bill At-A-Glance” section shows current charges and payment activity.
The “Billing Summary” section shows account charges by account, group, and sub-account for easy viewing.
And the “Current Charges” section provides information at the sub-account level.
If you need a paper bill and don’t want all the details, choose “Remit Only.”
The “Bill-At-A-Glance” and “Billing Summary” sections show high-level account charges.
Your bill also includes totals by group and sub-account.
If you want a paper bill with your account charges in a table format, choose “Summary.” You’ll see a breakdown of charges, fees, and taxes.
You can also create group names to label your billing data in a way that’s meaningful to you. And you can see totals at the group level.
