The legal stories are coming fast and furious these days. This video takes on three legal updates.
The first is bad for Donald Trump, as new reporting reveals that his lawyers were unable to find and return a classified document that Trump was caught on an audio recording mishandling - a document that involved a possible US military strike on a foreign country.
The second story is also bad for Trump: Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis is widening her criminal investigation of Trump and company to explore their crimes in other states. This development tends to suggest that DA Willis may be preparing to bring a RICO indictment against Trump and his co-conspirators.
The third story is good for Mike Pence, but probably bad for Donald Trump. New reporting shows that DOJ has closed the classified documents case involving the documents that Pence possessed after he left government service, announcing that Pence will not be charge with any crime.
