Wiregrass Daily News sat down with representatives from Habitat for Humanity Wiregrass, Katelyn Skipper and Kristina Popwell, to talk about their upcoming Bid, Build, Boogie fundraiser set for March 7.
The free community event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Plant in downtown Dothan and is designed to bring families together while raising money to support local homeowners. The day will feature live music from Wicksburg native Jared Harden, multiple food trucks including Greek Street Food Truck and Taste of the Bayou, plus sweet treats from The Purple Penguin.
Families can enjoy two bounce houses, face painting by Lolly Kay, hydration stations, and shopping with local vendors. A silent auction will include donated items from area businesses, along with raffle prizes like a Turtlebox speaker and a Yeti Hopper cooler.
