🤔 They're using a GMAIL account when a quick lookup will tell you that they have their own domain. Ex: I looked up Palacioo and found that they use "[email protected]" if that's the case, their marketing should also have the same domain.
🤔 They ask you to pay for shipping. NO LEGIT BRAND OR COLLAB WILL EVER ASK YOU TO PAY $15 OR $25 IN SHIPPING! This is really common with those Instagram DMs from jewelry "companies" - don't even waste your time, BLOCK THEM.
🤔 Their e-mail contains multiple font types and sizes. My opinion is that they're copy+pasting sentences from other e-mails they find to create this whole new e-mail. I always view that as a red flag, especially for initial e-mails.
🤔 They're asking you to pay for a "talent fee", and they guarantee that once you pay for this fee upfront - you will land the deal. AGAIN, anything that asks YOU to pay something upfront is most likely a scam.
🤔 Lastly, they're using this infamous scam template "We @ fashionnova..." Why are they starting their e-mail with that? I've also seen "Nike", "Footlocker", "Pretty Little Thing", "Meshki" use the same exact template. Immediately block!
