Описание: The steam engines of Woudagemaal, built in 1920, can pump up to 4000 cubic meter of water per minute and is used for the water management in the province of Friesland in the Netherlands.

Its function has been taken over since 1967 by a new electrical pumping station, but at peak times it is still in operation.
