How will electric farm equipment work? The future of farm equipment may be powered by electricity, but there are problems. Combines, for example, operate only a few weeks a year, but often for 16 hours a day, every day, for weeks. Battery capacity and charge times are barriers to most equipment.
Small scale farms could benefit right away from electric equipment.

This grant can be used by farmers to get high tunnel green houses to produce more food.The farmer needs to buy it, and have it pass an inspection before they are paid back for their investment using taxpayers dollars.
