Reduce noise with electric propulsion - technical comparison

Описание: With propulsion systems for planes becoming electric, noise pollution from aircraft is expected to be significantly reduced. We decided to put the promise to the test : we compared acoustic levels of the electric Extra aircraft powered with the Siemens electrical Motor and a standard Extra 330LE aircraft with internal combustion engine, using Simcenter noise and vibration engineering solutions.
