Couscous is both: delicious and nutritious. The three main types are Moroccan, Israeli (also known as pearl) and Lebanese (also known as moghrabieh). Each are cooked slightly different but when introduce to their respective ethnic dishes it takes each meal to a different level.
This video provides an introduction for each type of couscous. It also shows how each is cooked standalone to provide you with a perspective. And as importantly it provides the nutritional value of couscous.
Finally, I will be creating delicious dishes with couscous. Some will be Moroccan or Lebanese or Israeli... but some will be original creations of my own.
