Currently serving as a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer at Centene Corporation, Reid specializes in analyzing employee technology experience data. In addition to his data-centric role, Reid is deeply involved in developing Power Platform solutions, integrating artificial intelligence, and advocating for enhanced end-user technology experiences throughout the organization.
