My Big Chop! 2 years Post Relaxer

Описание: At 2 years post relaxer, I've FINALLY chopped off the relaxed ends! I met my goal of transitioning for 24 months before cutting off the relaxed, damaged ends. I'm so happy I did too...I hope wash days aren't near as frustrating anymore. Now I'm a natural!


I shampooed my hair with Shea Moisture 10-in-1 Renewal Shampoo, did a light protein masque with Shea Moisture Anti-Breakage Masque, and then conditioned with Shea Moisture 10-in-1 Renewal Conditioner before I cut my hair. This was to revert my hair after flat-ironing it a few days before. When straight, my hair was just below the bra strap. I will do a length check on my natural hair once I get it to the shape I want. After cutting it, it looked a little like a mullet...the back grows the fastest and has the loosest curl pattern and the top grows the slowest and has the kinkiest curl patter. Needless to say, I need a shape up cut so I don't look so wild.
