The first one minute and 43 seconds is the AC4 motif which can be first heard in Sitting Duck.
Never played Ace Combat 4 but I would really love to but there doesn't seem to be any sign of a remaster, remake or port. When I first heard these two tracks played in the symphony I was hooked right from the start with the theme playing on the trumpet and then hearing Invincible fleet was incredible to hear.
I overlayed some game footage from Ace Combat 4, first footage is from the first mission Sitting Duck and the rest are from the Invincible fleet mission. All footage came from JC Shadow.
