Описание: We picked up some Fordham Scotch Ale when we were at the brewery in Delaware. Since I didn't think we could give it an unbiased review after our fun experience there, I decided to use it for our Beertuber Takeover. Youtube beer reviewers from around Ohio converged onto the Better Beer Authority set for a fun night of hanging out and reviewing beer. Find out what the show would be like if totally different people took over the panel in this fun twist to our normal show.

Hi, I'm James Knott and today we are sipping on Fordham Scotch Ale. But first I have to tell you about a little twist to today's episode. The studio has been taken over by other Beertuber's from youtube. We have Beertuber CheertoBeers, AKA Travis ______. In the middle is drolretfa, you may also know him as Tony_____, and making his second drive to the Top Secret BBA Compound is snobbybeer, whose real name is Max Spang. And I want to give a special shootout to hophedbrewhaus who wanted to be here tonight, but wasn't able to make it.

On to the beer... Scotch Ale from the Fordham Brewing Company is a winter seasonal that comes in at 6.8% ABV. The brewery opened in 1995 in Annapolis, MD and moved to Dover, DE in 2003. They also brew Old Dominion Beers. The Better Beer Authority recently had the privilege of touring the brewery on our trip to Delaware and that's where we picked up this fine six pack of beer.

The brewery recommends serving this in a pint glass, tulip or snifter at 45-50 degrees Fahrenheit. They recommend pairing it with roasted or grilled beef, lamb, game and smoked salmon.
