Bhoger khichuri
Take 2 cup of sona moong daal and govindobhog rice. 1 cup each. Now fry the moong daal well. Wash the rice and the fried moong daal.
Now take a kadai add oil of 2 teaspoon of it. Warm it and add whole garam masala, cumin seeds of 1 teaspoon, 1 bay leaf ,1 red Chilli ,1 teaspoon of hing and 1 teaspoon of ginger red Chilli and cumin paste. Now fry it well. Now add the washed rice and daal. Add water 1:3 ratio. That 2 cup of rice and daal so add 6 cup of water. Now add turmeric powder and salt according to taste. Now let it be boiled properly. When the rice will be boiled completely add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Now take a tadka pan add 1 teaspoon of ghee. After melting it add chopped coconut, raisin and cashew. Fry it and add the total into the khichri.
Cover with a lid and turn off the gash flame.
Serve it
