Описание: In this video, I discuss how I use Neutral Density Filters to achieve that ethereal dream-like waterfall look. It's a combination of a longer shutter speeds and restricting the amount of light coming into the camera lens. You also need a tripod - unless you are a statue and can hold the camera still enough to avoid blurring the image!
