It was hilarious and beautiful, seeing young and upcoming adults amiably dressed in their African attire displaying the rich but distinct African culture on the 25th May, 2022. The St. Mary's School, OKORASE in the Akuapem Municipality indeed was the place to be on the stipulated day of the said occasion. The display of African foods from twenty - five selected countries in the continents of Africa.
Many invited dignitaries were present which did include; a representative of Ghana Police Service, Inspector George from the Adweso Command, the Regional Office representative of the National Commission on Civic Education among many others. Both representatives educated the populace on their personal security even in this time of a probable terrorism in the country. Students performed in thematic areas such as food, leadership, dance, origin of the various selected regions.
