The Vaal bhaji is mainly prepared in Maharashtrian houses. This is one of the easiest curry recipe to have along with rice when served with pickle and papad (recommended). It is too tasty to ignore.
For sprouted Vaal:
The Vaal is soaked overnight and then is strained. The strained Vaal is then covered in a cloth and kept for half a day for it to sprout. The last step is to peel the cover of the sprouts.
