Ingredients
Marinate chicken
1/2 cup thick curd
2 tbsp fresh Malai/cream
1 tsp roasted cumin powder/jeera
1 tsp coriander powder/dhaniya
1/2 tsp elaichi powder/cardamom
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp black pepper Powder
Salt
1 tsp ghee
Chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Thick marinate
250 grams boneless chicken
Cut into bite size strips
Mix well
1 tsp corn flour
To give smokey flavour
Place hot charcoal
Little ghee
Cover and smoke for 2-3 mins
Mix well
Marinate for 30 mins
1 cup maida/all purpose flour
1/2 cup wheat flour/aata
Salt
1 tbsp hot ghee
Mix and rub flour well
Add water gradually and knead soft dough
Rub oil and rest dough for 15 mins
Let's prepare Malai chicken
1 tbsp butter
Add marinated chicken
Fry for 2 mins
Cover and cook for 5 mins on medium heat
Mix once
Cover and cook for 5 more mins
Chicken is cooked
Cook for 2-3 mins until chicken dries
Malai chicken is ready
Take 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Malai/cream
Chopped coriander leaves
Mix
Spread is ready
Take some onion rings
Add chat masala
Squeeze lemon juice
Chopped coriander leaves
Mix
Salad is ready
Prepare paratha
Make 4 equal balls
Roll paratha
Hot tawa
Some ghee
Fry paratha well
Add ghee/oil
Paratha is ready
Spread the prepared dip
Some onion rings
Cooked Malai chicken
Coriander leaves
Some more mayonnaise spread
Sprinkle chat masala
Malai chicken paratha roll is ready
