《暖扣帽子的快樂 - Warmth & Joy on Post Boxes》

手作愛好者 Fanny 初初移民來英國時正值聖誕，她留意到郵筒或街角不時出現熱心市民的手工裝飾品，就如為街頭添新衣，其中以郵筒上的創意冷帽（Post Box Topper）最得她心： 原來只要有心思，郵筒上的圓小空間都可化身展現創意的舞台。

Fanny 去年以龍年為主題，首次自己鉤織郵筒冷帽，大獲街坊好評。其後，她與參與社區活動而結緣的Ada 組成大南社織，鉤織以香港文化為題的郵筒冷帽，過程中居然有意想不到的社區交流。她們如今既做作品，又開班教港人鉤織，與同學交織亦師亦友的關係。

今集《記香港人》，由兩位鉤織達人分享製作郵筒冷帽的趣事，看看她們如何帶領幾位新手織女製作賀蛇年的作品，用鉤針編織城市驚喜。

When craft enthusiast Fanny moved to the UK during Christmas, she was captivated by handmade decorations adorning post boxes and street corners. The creative Post Box Toppers especially caught her eye—proof that even a small round space on a post box could become a stage for imagination.

Last year, Fanny crocheted her first Lunar New Year -themed topper, which delighted the local community. Encouraged by the response, she teamed up with Ada, whom she met through community activities, to form TaiNan Hamlet, creating toppers inspired by Hong Kong culture. Along the way, they discovered unexpected connections with the local community. Now, they not only craft new designs but also teach crochet, building friendships through shared creativity.

In this episode of Hongkongers in Focus, join two crochet enthusiasts as they share the joys and challenges of making post box toppers. Watch them guide a group of beginners in crafting a special Snake Year topper, weaving surprise and warmth into the cityscape.
