Encouraging our kids to Dream Big is one of my core values. I am the one who will stop at neighborhood lemonade stands to buy. The thrill I see on the faces of young kids is when I pay them way more than they are asking.
Three days ago, a letter from a young girl looking for Summer work in my mailbox made me smile. I was impressed by her creativity. In the handwritten letter, she complimented me on my German Shepherd dog. I see many qualities that need to be nurtured in this young entrepreneur.
