Last year we didn't really decorate the house with any seasonal decorations until it was Christmas so I begged Cora to come shopping with me this year to pick out some minimalist pieces to add a little decor to the house and a seasonal cosy feel.
I love Autumn for so many reasons and I think I truly wanted to embrace bringing those feelings into our home. I don't like to add too much decoration and we don't have many places in which we can sit items such as shelves etc.
I also have an active almost 2-year-old and so I like to be selective over what we have out and what he can reach for safety reasons.
