Tesla Model 3 door noise when opening and closing. Replacing Door Check Strap. DIY Tesla repair.

Описание: Our 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range Dual Motor started making a popping noise when opening and closing the front doors. The noise comes from the Door Check Strap, the part that holds the door open in three positions and prevents it from opening to far.
In this video I replace the door check strap on the drivers door. You can follow along and see it step by step. I also point out a few important things you need to know if you tackle this yourself. It is easy enough for someone handy to do. Just requires a few basic tools.
