*What is a subliminal? :

A subliminal is affirmations telling your subconcious things like "my hair is blonde" or "my eyes are blue" and because your subconcious can't tell whats real and what's not, it will manifest these thing on you slowely thinking you already have these features. Where are the affirmations do you ask? Their volume is lowered down so you yourself can't hear them, but your subconcious can. If you can hear the affirmations your brain will block them. They are masked by the music.

*Is this safe? :

Yes I do not use any dark magic or evil affirmations in my subliminals they are 100% safe!

*How did you make this? :

I used text-to-speech to read the affirmations I wrote, downloaded the audio file, opened camtasia and put music, rain sound effects (and the affirmations on the last layer), lowered the affirmations' volume to 19 percent (sometimes I'll do 50 percent other times I'll do 15 percent it depends on the music's volume), add the photo then post it to YT.
