my zen iphone home screen setup 🍃☁️

Описание: there’s always an abundance of information floating around the internet. sometimes, it can get overwhelming and distracting, which is why i try to create a minimal digital space.

i actually use a focus state on my iphone which i named zen 🍃, which only allows notification alerts from certain apps (mostly imessage so i get important chats). all other notifications, dings, alerts often make me feel like my mind is bloated, and can contribute to my anxiety.

so this is my aesthetic & minimal iphone setup — one that makes me feel calm, and allows for a healthy relationship between me and my phone ✨
