Juiciest Chicken Breast Tips! | Super Moist Smoked or Baked Chicken Breast

Описание: This week I want to share 2 major league tips for smoking or baking a nice juicy chicken breast!

The first tip is to brine your chicken. This may be seen as more of hassle but it's really not. It adds a solid hour or more to your done time but it's totally worth it. The brine will work its way down into the meat and tenderize and flavor it along the way. The second tip is simply not to overcook chicken breast. Other parts of a chicken can be overcooked without issue because of their fat content. But not the chicken breast. This piece of meat is pretty lean and it needs to be taken off as soon as it is safe to be taken off. If you take it to 170 - 175F internal, that's not bad at all. If you get into the 200F range, it's definitely overcooked.
