Ingredients
For the eggplant base:
4 medium or 2 large eggplants
3 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
1 cup or more plain yogurt
salt to taste
For the meat mixture:
400gms ground beef
2 tbsp butter
1 onion
1 medium red pepper
3 banana peppers
1 tbsp tomato paste
ground black pepper
red chili flakes
1/4 cup hot water
chopped parsley for garnish
