BE YOU ✻ LIVE FULLY New Year Challenge ~ WEEK 2 YOGA
Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes breath and movement. This flow is aimed at inspiring confidence, strength, power and a sense of owning your space. We will GROUND ourselves, ignite our inner fire, power and confidence by strengthening the core, standing firmly fixed within ourselves. We claim our space and power as a strong (yet open & supple) WARRIORr! We will OWN IT in each posture -- owning ourselves, owning our space, our thoughts, emotions, our fears, our insecurities, our judgements, whatever may come up.
Be where you are in your practice and OWN IT! Listen to your body and modify as much as you need. Feel free to skip all or some of the "vinyasas" (plank, chaturanga, upward facing dog) and just go straight back to down dog. Rest in down dog or child's pose whenever needed.
**If you're a beginner and not familiar with vinyasa yoga, you may want to try a class at a yoga studio first. Push your edge, but respect your current limits.**
