I love telling the stories of historical figures and interpreting them to bring them back to life as they might have been. I work a lot on embodiment without necessarily using words. Mimicry, gaze, expression, and attitude can convey powerful feelings and emotions even when the character is alone. My costumes are inspired by the TUDOR period, and I take care to reconstruct them.
