Hamas To Surrender? Big Update On Trump’s Gaza Peace Plan Amid Netanyahu’s ‘Finish the Job’ Warning

Описание: Hamas is reportedly considering surrendering its weapons under U.S. President Donald Trump’s 20-point peace plan for Gaza, unveiled alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on September 29. According to the Associated Press, Hamas is reviewing the deal in “good faith.” The plan proposes the complete disarmament of Hamas, barring the group from any role in post-war Gaza governance. Members who surrender and commit to peaceful coexistence would be granted amnesty, while those wishing to leave Gaza would receive safe passage. The plan also calls for an immediate end to the war in Gaza and the release of all Israeli hostages, dead or alive, within 72 hours of formal acceptance. In exchange, Israel would free 250 prisoners and 1,700 Gazans detained since October 2023. Israel would not annex Palestinian territory or forcibly remove inhabitants. Netanyahu has backed the ceasefire deal and warned that he would “finish the job” if Hamas rejects the plan, with Trump pledging Israel his full backing.
