Zoro and King’s battle continues outside Skull Dome. As Zoro tries to figure out a way to beat King, he notices that King’s speed increases when there are no flames on his back, but without the flames, his defense weakens. King recalls his past when Kaido rescued him on Punk Hazard when he was being used as a guinea pig by the World Government for its research. King pledged his loyalty to Kaido and vowed to make him the Pirate King. On the other hand, Zoro also recalls his past and his promise to Luffy to make him the Pirate King. After some more exchanges of fierce attacks, Zoro finally beats King
