How to remove valve stem seals on a b series/ Rope method

If found one of my spark plugs with oil and i know i dont have a blown head gasket since i recently resurfaced my head block and got a new head gasket, so it was either my piston rings or valve stem seals. fortunately i had new valve stem seals with me at the moment so i replaced them in hopes of stopping oil from going onto the cylinder bore. I did my best on recording how i did this with a rope to try and encourage others to do the job as well since i know No one has the machinery.
