It explores the impact of emotionally absent or unsafe mothers on identity, self-worth, boundaries, love, money, and the body. This is not a revenge series or a call for reconciliation. It is about self-preservation.
I share my story to break inherited shame, name family systems, and show what it looks like to stop waiting for a parent to change. This space is for daughters grieving a mother who is still alive, choosing distance, and learning to mother themselves.
