1️⃣ One-Pan Chicken & Roasted Veggies
Ingredients: Chicken breast/thighs, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, olive oil, garlic, paprika, honey (optional), salt & pepper
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss chicken and chopped veggies in olive oil, garlic, paprika, and honey. Roast 25–30 mins until cooked through. Serve warm.
2️⃣ Creamy High-Protein Pasta
Ingredients: Whole wheat or chickpea pasta, lean ground turkey or lentils, tomato sauce, Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, spinach
Instructions: Cook pasta, brown meat/lentils, mix in tomato sauce. Stir in yogurt/cottage cheese until creamy. Toss in spinach until wilted.
3️⃣ Build-Your-Own Taco Bowls
Ingredients: Chicken or beans, brown rice or quinoa, lettuce, corn, avocado, salsa
Instructions: Cook protein and grain. Arrange toppings and let everyone assemble their bowl.
4️⃣ Healthy Homemade Burgers & Oven Fries
Ingredients: Lean beef/turkey, zucchini, whole grain buns, potatoes, olive oil, seasoning
Instructions: Mix grated zucchini into patties, bake or pan-cook patties. Slice potatoes, toss in olive oil and salt, bake 25–30 mins. Serve together.
5️⃣ Sheet Pan Salmon with Lemon Rice & Broccoli
Ingredients: Salmon fillets, broccoli, brown/jasmine rice, olive oil, lemon, herbs, garlic
Instructions: Roast salmon & broccoli at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 mins. Cook rice, season with lemon and herbs. Serve salmon & broccoli over rice.
